I have always noticed patterns in people.

The kind that quietly determine outcomes long before those outcomes are visible. Interrupting harmful patterns was a big part of what drew me to medicine.

As a physician with a background in pediatrics and preventive medicine, I learned that treating symptoms isn’t enough. You have to find the root cause. Prevention provides the pattern interrupt.

I see the same thing in entrepreneurship.

Many women entrepreneurs are working harder than ever but quietly questioning themselves.

Not because they lack ability, but because they’ve built a business around who they think they should be instead of how they’re naturally wired to operate.

People often assume burnout, inconsistency, and self-doubt are motivation problems.

More often, they are alignment problems.

When someone consistently operates against their natural wiring, performance suffers. Decisions become reactive. Energy drains. Confidence erodes.

I’ve seen this pattern in others. I’ve lived it myself.

Coming into entrepreneurship after years of managing a household, I followed the same one-size-fits-all advice many founders do. When it didn’t work, I assumed the problem was me.

It wasn’t.

The advice never fit my frame to begin with.

The experience reinforced something I already knew from medicine: symptoms point to something deeper.

That’s why my work is diagnostic rather than motivational.

Today, I diagnose the business DNA of women entrepreneurs so they discover where the demands of their business conflict with how they naturally think, lead, and execute.

I created the Wired for Business Assessment to make that invisible misalignment visible. And with that clarity, we discuss what realignment requires.

Because most entrepreneurs don’t need another framework to enjoy a better quality of life along with success.

She needs confidence in how her frame works.
